Neftekamsk car factory was visited by foreign partners

The Neftekamsk car factory was visited by the delegation of «FANUK Robotics Russia» headed by the general director of the company Marko Delaini.

JSC «Neftekamsk car factory» has been already co-operating with "FANUK" company not for the first year. In 2009 the modern robotic system on processing of hydrocylinders cases was put into operation at the factory. The system consists of the turning machining centre by FMS company (Switzerland), the machine of deep-hole boring by LOCH company (Germany), the automated transport system and Fanuk robot by Aberle Robotics (Japan). Each of them is intended for a certain function aimed at full machining of hydrocylinders cases for dump-body trucks manufactured at the enterprise.

Foreign partners visited process utilities buildings of the factory, examined the run-out production. Mister Delaini gave a high appreciation of level and rates of the manufacture modernisation, development of high-end technologies.

Then negotiations with the general director of JSC “Nefaz” Raif Malikov took place. During the meeting the further steps on mutually advantageous cooperation, in particular, on automation of colouring processes in dump trucks manufacture were considered.
