Issues of the Federal contract system development are discussed in Ufa

On October 31, in Ufa the All-Russia research and practice conference «Federal contract system is a basis of development of competitive Russia».

Its organizers are Audit Chamber of Russia and the Government of Bashkortostan.

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov, the chairman of the Audit Chamber Sergey Stepashin, representatives of Administration of the President of Russia, the Federation Council and the State Duma, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Ministry of Regional Development, the Ministry of Finance, Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Russian regions, international, public and scientific organisations take part in its work.

Plenary and section sessions will be held on the main directions: Federal contract system as the tool of strategic management, draft law concerning FCS: balance of interests of society, state and business. Regional aspects of FCS development will be also discussed.

Actually it is the first experience to create a platform for professional dialogue concerning draft law perfection concerning the Federal contract system, possibility to discuss the international and regional experience. Results of discussion will be generalised and directed to the State Duma for further draft law perfection about FCS.
