Auctions of Bashkirenergo shares are suspended due to the company reorganisation

Since October 31, the auctions of ordinary and preference shares of the Bashkir open joint-stock company of power and electrification "Bashkirenergo" are suspended.

The decision on the auctions suspension is accepted according to Listing Rules, the admission to placing and circulation of securities in the Moscow Central Stock Exchange in connection with the termination of the legal body activity as a result of reorganisation.

As Luisa Lesnaya, the head of Corporate Communications Department of JSC "Bashkirenergo", explained, the process of the company reorganisation will not affect in any way the electric power supply to consumers. Light and heat will be supplied. All personnel of "Bashkirenergo" will keep their working places.
