Bashkortostan will realise the program of youth involving in housing and public utilities reforming

In Yekaterinburg signing of the tripartite agreement «On realisation of the regional program «Youth involving in housing and public utilities reforming for 2013-2014» between the Federal Agency on Youth Affairs, the Assistance Fund to Housing and Public Utilities Reforming with the Government of Bashkortostan and other regions took place. It occurred as part of the All-Russia meeting «Efficient management of housing and public utilities to create favorable conditions for citizens residing».

The vice chairman of the Government RF Dmitry Kozak, the first vice chairman of the State Duma Committee on housing policy and public utilities Elena Nikolaeva, vice chairman of the State Duma Committee on housing policy and public utilities Pavel Kachkaev, the general director of the Assistance Fund to Housing and Public Utilities Reforming Konstantin Tsitsin, representatives of federal authorities, heads of relevant ministries and departments, experts of housing and public utilities and construction sphere.

Bashkortostan at the meeting was represented by the Minister of Housing and Public Utilities RB Sergey Afonin and his deputy Aydar Sufiyanov.

Great attention was paid to discussion of the Federal draft law «Concerning amendments to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and other separate legislative acts of the Russian Federation» regarding creation of regional systems of major repairs in apartment houses, the ministry press-service informs.
