National centres of Bashkiria presented their products at «Hospitality Industry» exhibition in Ufa

The enterprises of hospitality and cleanliness industry of Bashkortostan started to prepare beforehand for arrival of participants of SCO and BRICS summits which will take place in Ufa in 2015.

Expositions of the exhibition took places on two floors of the recreation centre “Neftyanik”. Thus, Muslim and Orthodox centres and the Society of Friendship of Bashkortostan – Bulgaria presented specialties of their cuisines. Here it was possible to see picturesque expositions from dishes of Bashkir, Russian, Dagestan cuisines, cakes, various baked goods and set of other products.

Besides exhibitions, the same day started the Inter-regional cooking forum during which individual competitions of cooks and confectioners, and also master classes and art classes were held. Experts on carving shoed their skills — they created works of art from water-melons, melons, various vegetables and fruit.

On the first exhibition day also business events took place: a round-table conference «Pressing issues of consumer protection at household services rendering» and the conference on problems of road service infrastructure development in Bashkiria.

On October 24, the Inter-regional Research and Practice Conference on the main questions of activity of food industry companies will take place.
