Newly erected buildings of Ufa rose in price by 12 %

The average price for under construction habitation makes 47,1 thousand roubles per square metre in Ufa. For a month it grew by 0,6 %, from the beginning of year – by 12 %.

According to one of leading real estate agencies, the total amount of offers in the city market exceeds 1000 apartments. The minimum cost per square metre in under construction habitation is registered in the suburbs and at several problem objects and makes 32 thousand roubles . The ceiling price of 80 thousand roubles is marked in the centre of Ufa.

If to consider an average price then newly erected building are the most expensive in the October Avenue (55,5 thousand roubles) and in the city centre (50,5 thousand roubles). The most cheap habitation is in the remote districts of the Bashkir capital (41,6 thousand roubles) and in Chernikovka district (42,8 thousand roubles).
