Consolidated budget of Bashkortostan is executed with surplus for nine months 2012

The consolidated budget of Bashkortostan Republic following the results of nine last months current year is executed with surplus of almost two billion roubles. According to the Ministry of Finance RB, incomes for January-September, 2012 made 105 billion 200,0 million roubles, expenditures –103 billion 263,4 million roubles. In relation to the similar period of 2011 these are 104,9 percent and 119 percent, accordingly.

Tax and non-tax revenues made 84 billion 685,7 million roubles, that is for 7,3 percent more than the last year.

In the branch structure of the budget expenditures a social component constitutes the greatest value– 78,3 percent, or 80 billion 899,7 million roubles. Almost half of all expenditures falls on subsidies to budgetary, independent establishments and other organisations — 50 billion 740,3 million roubles, or 49,1 percent. Social transfers to the population (grants, supplementary pensions, scholarships etc.) made 13 billion 224,4 million roubles (12,8 percent). 10 billion 056,6 million roubles (9,7 percent) were directed to the funds of obligatory medical insurance RF and RB and the Pension fund of the Russian Federation.

The Bashkortostan Republic budget for January-September, 2012 is executed under revenues in the sum of 85 billion 406,4 million roubles (104,5 percent by the similar period of 2011), under expenditures – in the sum of 85 billion 682,5 million (121,3 percent).

Revenues of local budgets are financed in the sum of 49 billion 172,7 million roubles (116,7 percent). Expenditures made 46 billion 960,0 million (118,3 percent).
