Land-use management issues remain unsolved till now - UFAS on RB

Allocation of land plots for business activity remains till now one of the topical and unsolved problems. Zulfira Akbasheva, the head of Directorate of Federal Antimonopoly Service (UFAS) on Bashkortostan Republic spoke about it at the next session of the Public-Advisory Council.

The deputy head of Bashkortostan Directorate of Federal Antimonopoly Service Angelina Shakiryanova named the most rough infringements with which business representatives address to their department, among them — substitution of the purposes of land plots use, granting of advantages to one business entity against another, allocation of land plots without bidding that is direct infringement of the antimonopoly law and the Land Code.

The chief of the authorities control department of UFAS on RB Liliya Hazhina told about such problem as discrepancy of provisions of administrative regulations on granting lands and property on lease to the current legislation.

The chairman of council of non-profit organisation «OPORA RUSSIA» Denis Musin urged the business community to introduce corrective amendments to the administrative regulations in order to reduce terms of state and municipal services rendering connected with land use issues.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Bashkortostan made an offer to carry out monitoring of the regulations connected with land plots allocation. Besides, it suggested forming a register of non-used land plots.

According to the representative of «Business Russia», the overestimated cadastral cost of land plots still remains a key problem for today's businessmen.

In the end of the meeting Zulfira Akbasheva addressed to all businessmen designated the problems, with the request to submit all necessary documents for the subsequent detailed study by experts.
