147 homeowners associations self-liquidated in Bashkiria

For nine months of current year the State Housing Inspection of Bashkortostan examined charters, reports of general meetings of homeowners of 1796 associations. By results of checks 1260 homeowners associations were given orders on elimination of the revealed infringements. Besides, courts made decisions on liquidation of 163 homeowners associations. And during carrying out of checks self-liquidation of 147 associations was revealed.

While checking of 81 managing companies, 29 claims were directed to courts to recognise void contracts of apartment houses management.

Also 285 orders to eliminate infringement – incomplete disclosing of the information were given to managing companies. From them 247 were executed, 38 remain on the control according to target dates.

The State Housing Inspection RB applies to infringers measures of administrative influence. As the department press-service informs, administrative decisions for the total sum of 4,8 million roubles were brought in on five managing companies and concerning heads of 99 managing companies.
