Average housing cost in Ufa is 57,2 thousand rubles for one square meter

The average cost of one square meter of ready-made housing in Ufa is equal to 57,2 thousand rubles. For the last month housing prices have grown by 2% and by 13% since the beginning of the year.

Two-room and multi-room flats have become more expensive most of all – by 5%. The average cost of elite housing is 78 thousand rubles for one square meter for today.

A slight seasonal rise of prices is expected in November and bank hypothec program can also bring certain activation in the housing market.
