Alexander Druz and company “STROYFEDERASIA” introduce “clever house building” in Ufa

A “clever housing complex” will appear in Ufa soon. Three 25-storied building are erected in the capital RB according to the concept of multi-flat “clever house building”.

“Clever house” includes a whole set of modern technical solutions” – the founder of the concept and the company “STROYFEDERASIA” Vadim Gataullin told during his press conference in Ufa on October 17 – “Every flat will be equipped with a monitor, with the help of which one can pay for housing and communal services, communicate with management company and even to choose its leaders. All this will help the residents to save energy and to receive additional security and comfort. Besides, the yard of such house will be free from cars because a multi-level parking is designed for that. A kindergarten is designed on the first floor”.

Russia has no analogues of such “clever house” for today and such practice is used only in cottages and townhouses. “Clever house” can reduce costs for electric energy by 30-35%. The cost of one square meter in such house is equal to 53 thousand rubles.

“In December we intend to start erection of the second “clever house” in Ufa” – Vadim Gataullin reported – “And our complex, consisting of three 25-storied buildings, will be finished in two years”.
