"Bashneft" confirmed reports on additional issues of securities

JSC ANK "Bashneft" Board of Directors confirmed reports on results of additional securities issuance placed by converting into the shares of JSC «Ufa Oil Refining Factory», JSC "Novoil", JSC "Ufaneftechim", JSC "Bashkirnefteproduct" and JSC "Orenburgnefteproduct" within the limits of transition to the unified share.

As a result of ordinary and preferential shares placing by JSC ANK "Bashneft" the company’s authorized capital will increase to 227 384 465 roubles (188 710 587 of nominal ordinary and 38 673 878 nominal preferential shares with face-value of 1 rouble).

Besides, the Board of Directors "Bashneft" confirmed the agenda of shareholders meeting which will take place on November 15. It is planned to make the amendments to the company’s charter connected with increase of the authorised capital, and amendments concerning legal succession of the enterprise in relation to affiliated societies joined to it as a result of transition to the unified share, the company press-service informs.
