Ufa is still among leaders on rise in prices for habitation in Russia

Ufa continues to head the list of cities of Russia on rise in prices for habitation. Following the results of nine months of the current year the price for the residential real estate in the capital of Bashkortostan grew by 11,7 %. Average cost of one square metre is 54300 roubles. Such data are given in the research of National Association of Budgeted Pricing and Cost Engineering.

Hardly less prices grew in Ulyanovsk (+10,6 %) to 36 thousand roubles per square metre and in Kazan (+10,5 %) to 47700 roubles.

On average over the country habitation cost increased by 6,6 %.
