«Hot line» operates in Rospotrebnadzor Directorate on Bashkortostan

In Rospotrebnadzor Directorate on Bashkortostan (Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights) the “hot line” operates. All questions connected with Rospotrebnadzor competence (sanitary-and-epidemiologic situation in the region, infringements in public catering sphere, in the food market, sanitary-and-hygienic status of supervised objects, cases of diseases, intoxications etc.), and also with complaints and offers you can ask by phone: 8 800 100 29 90, the head of Rospotrebnadzor Directorate on Bashkortostan, the main state health officer of the republic Evgenie Stepanov said at the online conference of i-gazeta on October 10.

In particular, several questions concerned quality of baby food and toys for children were discussed at the conference. Evgenie Stepanov advised to buy foodstuff for small children, first of all in specialised shops and to purchase only such products which are intended for babies. And each product and goods, as he said, should have documents certifying their safety for children.

And in case of conflict situation consumers can always address to the Rospotrebnadzor Directorate by phone, or personally.
