SSP reactor was delivered from Turkey to realise investment project «PETF-210»

Works under the project «PETF-210» on manufacture expansion of polyethyleneterephthalate proceed at "Polief" company. On October 5, the most large-sized equipment — a reactor of solidphase polycondensation (SSP) was delivered to the enterprise.

The equipment contract on delivery, the main project development and rendering of technical services at start-up was concluded with Italian company CHEMTEX.

The reactor was manufactured at one of Turkish factories, whence it was transported by sea Rostov-on-Don. Here it was waited by the platform specially equipped for such scale construction (the length of the trailer train made more than 40 metres). The reactor was delivered to Blagoveshchensk on this platform.

Now it is prepared to erect the case for the SSP reactor installation. This key equipment is to receive crystal polyethyleneterephthalate (PETF) of edible type by solidphase polycondensation method. PETF is widely used for production of packing for soda water, baby food, healthcare products.
