The quantity of registered titles to the real estate grows in Bashkiria

Following the results of 9 months current year more than 600 thousand titles and real estate transactions are registered in Bashkiria. For the similar period of the last year over 500 thousand titles and real estate transactions were registered.

As the press-service of Republican Directorate of Rosreestr informs, citizens began to register more actively their rights to the real estate that is possibly connected with law knowledge increase.

“Today people understand that if a person constructed a house, the title to it should be registered and only in that case he would be a valid owner,” it is marked in the department.

Indicators on quantity of registered rights and transactions also rose. Such tendencies are connected with a considerable amount of state programs for pensioners, military, employees of police, maternity capital granting. The significant influence is also exerted by banks which for today introduce various loyalty programs and more actively grant loans. The increase in mortgage registration in comparison with the last year testifies to it too. If for 9 months 2011 it was made 33141 records concerning the mortgage, then for the similar period of current year – 41277 records.
