Conference of regional banks will take place in Moscow

Representatives of Bashkortostan banking community are invited for participation in the conference «Strategy of regional banking development. Network optimisation», which will take place in Moscow on October 17.

“The event is meant for wide range of banks representatives and branches of banks: heads and employees of divisions of branch network development, risk-management, strategic planning, analysts, lawyers,” the Association of Credit Organisations RB informs.

The following issues to be discussed: the review of banking activity in regions, strategy of banking development in the present conditions of unstable financial markets, growth rate reduction of gross national product, growth of rates and rouble weakening, choice of management pattern: centralisation and decentralisation of branch functions and transfer of branches into another state, service quality standards, sales techniques in regions.
