IT park creation is planned in Bashkiria

The project of technopark in the sphere of information technologies is developed in Bashkortostan. According to the Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications RB Boris Melkoedov, the republic has good base for preparation of experts of the branch, and Bashkiria is included into first ten Russian regions on the IT market development level.

“The IT park project is now prepared, there is a business plan, we carry on negotiations with federal authorities for inclusion of our project in the program of technoparks of the Russian Federation. The visit of colleagues from the Ministry of Communications RF to our republic is planned also, the head of the ministry reported.

Besides, the Minister marked that IT-cluster is also under active formation in Bashkiria, objective essence is to co-ordinate actions of all participants of the market in the territory RB, and the technopark will allow to create a uniform platform for their dialogue.

Answering the question of the i-gazeta reader how from the point of view of high technologies development Bashkiria looks against other regions, Boris Melkoedov responded that according to the rating spent using the UNO procedure, the republican IT Market takes the seventh place in Russia.

“I think that it adequately enough reflects the republican level of development as a whole,” the Minister underlined.
