In January-August consolidated budget RB is executed with surplus

In January-August 2012 consolidated budget RB is executed with surplus at 2,5 billion rubles. Ministry of finances RB reports 95 billion 827,3 million rubles of incomes entered the Republican exchequer and expenses were equal to 93 billion 281,6 million rubles – 107 and 123% correspondingly, compared with the same period of time in 2011.

Personal income tax – 23 billion 175,9 million rubles (29,9%), corporate income tax – 21 billion 329,6 million rubles (27,5%), excises – 9 billion 866,1 million rubles (12,7%) and property tax – 7 billion 672,3 million rubles (9,9%) have become the main sources of tax and non-tax incomes. The share of these taxes in the total structure of intakes exceeds 80%.

Social constituent covers the highest share in the structure of expenses – 78,6%. A half of this money is directed to subsidies for budget autonomous institutions and other organizations. Social payments to population (benefits, scholarships, additional payments to pensions and other social payments) make up 12,4% of all costs.

The budget RB in January-August 2012 is executed in the sum of 77 billion 864,4 million rubles (incomes) – 106,9%, as compared with the same period of time in 2011, and expenses made up 78 billion 604,4 million rubles (127,3%).

Incomes of local budgets made up 44 billion 970,6 million rubles – 120,4%, as compared with 2011, and expenses – 41 billion 684,8 million rubles (119,9%).
