President of Bashkortostan and the head of Federal Air Traffic Agency have discussed problems of preparation for Shanghai Cooperation Organization and BRICS summits

An agreement of cooperation is signed between the Government RB and the Federal Air Traffic Agency. The document was signed on Tuesday, September 18, by the President RB Rustem Khamitov and the head of the Federal Air Traffic Agency Alexander Neradko in Ufa. During the meeting in the Republic House representatives of Bashkir transport complex and their colleagues from the federal center have discussed some problems in preparation of Ufa airport for the forthcoming summits of Shanghai Cooperation Organization and BRICS.

“Republic of Bashkortostan faces principally important events ahead – we have to hold summits of Shanghai Cooperation Organization and BRICS here in 2015” – Rustem Khamitov said. The President RB is sure that preparation for these events should start already today.

According to M-r Neradko the list of the most important problems is already determined: “The most important thing here that when solving these problems we receive a new infrastructure by 2015. This infrastructure will be used both for development of international air traffic and for development of regional aviation as well” – the head of the Federal Air Traffic Agency stated.
