Innovational production centers will be opened at KUMAPP

Centers of competence and innovational productions for manufacturing of components for helicopters will be opened at JSC KUMAPP (Kumertau aviation production enterprise), general director of JSC “Helicopters of Russia” Dmitry Petrov stated, staying at the enterprise on a business visit,. He has mentioned that the plan of works for stabilization of financial-economic situation at the plant till 2014 is already worked up.

Within the frames of the visit the head of Russian helicopter holding company, representatives of POSOBORONPROM” and Kumertau administration have visited the test-flight station and workshops of the plant, where they became acquainted with the enterprise’s output. The plant is considered the only producer of mass helicopters with coaxial system of lifting rotors in the world.

The guests have also taken part in the celebrities, dated to the 50th anniversary of KUMAPP.
