Rashit Mamleev: “Bashkir building branch has enough investments but faces shortage of specialists”

Difficult situation with specialists is observed in building branch of Bashkiria, the president of the non-commercial partnership “The Union of Builders RB” Rashit Mamleev reported today, September 13, at a general meeting of the partnership.

“We have all necessary resources, investments and orders but there are no specialists to build” – he stated – “It is confirmed by our everyday practice, when schedules of construction works are ruined and works are done with poor quality. We urgently need good workers”.

Every year the building branch RB receives young specialists numbering 3700 people – mainly the graduates of Ufa State Oil Technical University, Bashkir and Sterlitamac building colleges.

“In 2012 the building-architectural faculty of Ufa State Oil Technical University has prepared 391 specialists, the Bashkir Architectural-building college – 177 technicians and Sterlitamac college of building, economics and law – 278 specialists” – the general director of the Union of Builders RB Viktor Korotun answered – “15 institutions of primary professional education have graduated 1555 specialists in total complexity”.

In opinion of M-r Korotun both the heads of education institutions and directors of building enterprises lay claims to each other. Some of them complain about absence of orders and about the number of specialists of necessary qualification and others – about poor training of future building workers.
