Analysts don’t predict reduction of housing prices in Bashkiria

The average price of one square meter in Ufa resale realty market exceeds 55 thousand rubles for today and here the capital of Bashkiria holds one of the leading places in Russia and the first one by the rise of prices for mass housing.

As the results of the investigation, made by one of the leading consulting companies in the realty market, show, for the second quarter of the year Russia holds the fourth place in the world by the rates of the rise of housing prices.

For the last year housing prices in the country have risen by 9,9% on average. For the first six months of 2012 housing prices grew by 6,1%.

Specialists say that housing prices in Russian cities grow for already the second quarter successively and now they fail to see any objective factors for the price cutting.
