From the beginning of the year Ufa new houses raised in price by 11 %

The average price of under construction habitation makes 46800 roubles per square metre in Ufa. For a month this indicator raised by 1,8 %, from the beginning of year – by 11 %.

According to one of real estate agencies, in the end of August total offers in the given segment made 809 apartments. It is approximately for 100 apartments less, than the last month. The total number of new houses is about 60 under construction houses and complexes in Ufa. The volume of offers in the market is still insufficient. There is a good demand, and buyers prefer to purchase apartments in newly erected buildings at the commissioning stage, with possibility to register a mortgage.

The maximum demand on one-room apartments is marked. Experts report that you can buy habitation within the city under the price less than 50 thousand roubles per "square" only at the stage of excavation works or the construction beginning. Popular districts for Ufa residents are Inors, Zaton and Deoma. Here a square metre of constructed habitation can cost less than 45 thousand roubles.
