Ufa is the leader in Russia on rise in housing prices

Ufa wins the first place among cities of Russia on rise in prices for large scale habitation from the beginning of the year. According to the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, the price for habitation grew by 10,26 % in the capital of Bashkiria. Tomsk (+9,3 %) and Kazan (+9,11 %) come next.

Least the prices rose in Krasnodar – by 0,76 %. Lightly more in Novokuznetsk (+0,97 %) and Volgograd (+0,98 %). Thus while monitoring experts of the ministry considered prices of offers, but not the prices of real transactions.

Experts expect growth of typical habitation cost in the country by 8-19 % a year. However global economic factors can affect Russian dynamics to a certain degree.
