Bashkiria is on the second place on housing commissioning in Volga Federal District

In Bashkortostan for seven months 10900 apartments are put into operation with a total area of 990,5 thousand square metres. This indicator makes 112 percent to the corresponding period of the last year.

Republican companies and organisations commissioned 214,6 thousand sq. m of habitation (in January-July, 2011 – 167,7 thousand "squares") in January-July this year. Thus, housing commissioning by contract way grew by 28 %.

As the press-service of the State Committee RB on Construction and Architecture informs, for seven months of current year 491 thousand sq. m of apartment houses were constructed in the countryside, 499 thousand – in urban areas.

Most of all habitation was commissioned in Ufa — 285 thousand sq. m. Then Ufimsky (103,9 thousand) and Belebeevsky regions (33,2 thousand) go. The leader in the republic is the city of Sterlitamak with growth of indicators in 2,4 times. Ufimsky (178,9 percent) and Buzdyaksky regions (164,8 %) follow it.

Among Volga Federal District regions Bashkortostan is on the second place on apartment houses commissioning in January-July, on habitation commissioning per capita is on the fourth place.
