Issues of regional air transport of Russia and the CIS to be discussed in Moscow

On September 6-7, the 2nd International Conference and Exhibition «Regional aviation of Russia and the CIS — 2012» will take place in Moscow. The given event will take place at support of the Federation Council, Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and with the assistance of federal and regional authorities, regional air carriers, airports and suppliers of aviation equipment.

As the Bashkortostan Republic State Committee on Transport and Road Facilities informs, within the limits of the conference tendencies of market development of regional air transportations and airport services will be covered, all basic designs of regional aircrafts and helicopters will be presented there. One of the conference essentials is inter-regional projects of the regional air transportation organisation. Also organizers promise to prepare a lay-out of the exhibition of achievements in the field of the regional aircraft engineering and innovative decisions of the airports equipment. Besides, at the exhibition it will be possible to learn the program of regional air transport development in Volga Federal District for the period till 2025, developed by the Centre for Strategic Elaborations in civil aviation.

It should be mentioned that for the first time the international conference and the exhibition «Regional aviation of Russia and the CIS» took place in Moscow on September 8-9, 2011.
