Debts to energy sector exceed 1,3 billion roubles in Bashkiria

As of the beginning of August overdue debts of legal bodies to "BashRTS" LLC for consumed heat energy and hot water made more than 1,3 billion roubles. The main debtors are the housing operating companies. The full list of the housing organisations having overdue debts of more than 1 million roubles, is published in the section "Consumers" on the corporate website of JSC "Bashkirenergo" http://www.bashkirenergo.ru/consumers/dolgi.

Since December, 2011 energy supplying companies made 183 claims on debts collecting for the total sum of 1,6 billion roubles, the press-service of JSC "Bashkirenergo" informs. The court considered and satisfied 91 claims for the sum of 604 million roubles. Money revenues under the claims made 553 million roubles, from which 38 million roubles were transferred by debtors under the agreement of lawsuit; more than 122 million roubles were collected by enforcement orders.
