The budget of Bashkortostan will be socially orientated

The budget of Bashkortostan will retain its social targeting for the next three years. The share of expenses for public-sector wages, payment of various benefits, medical insurance and pension coverage of non-working population and other measures will make more than 70 percent.

As Ruzaliya Hismatullina, the Minister of Finance RB informed at the session of the Government RB, in 2013 socially focused expenses will make 78,8 billion roubles - 71,6 percent from total sum of expenses, in 2014 – 85,2 billion, or 73,7 percent, in 2015 – 88,6 billion (75,8 percent).

As a whole the predicted volume of expenditure budget according to moderate-optimistic variant of republic development is estimated as 110 billion roubles in 2013, 115,6 billion in 2014, 116,9 billion roubles in 2015.

Throughout all these years expenditures, presumably, will prevail over incomes. Thus, in 2013 the budget deficit RB will make 12,5 billion roubles, in 2014 – 11 billion, in 2015 — 10 billion roubles. Funds of the republican reserve fund become main sources of its coverage – about five billion roubles annually and banking credits —8,5 billion roubles in 2013, eight billion roubles in 2014-2015, the head of the Ministry of Finance informs.
