New hotels will appear in Ufa till 2015

In Ufa construction of two hotels is planned in the near future. One of them will be located near the Congress Hall, another one – near the Trading-business complex «Gostiny Dvor». Ildar Ibragimov, the head of Ufa Main Department for Architecture and Urban Development reported this at press conference in the city hall on Tuesday, August 14.

“These hotels will be ready till 2015”, he said. “However till 2013 no new hotels will appear in the city. It is necessary to understand that construction of such objects demands serious preparation, investment of funds and efforts.

Also, according to Ildar Ibragimov, eight sites are registered among potential territories for new hotels in the capital of Bashkiria.

Besides, today reconstruction of operating hotels is conducted in the city. It is connected with forthcoming large international political and sports events to be carried out in Ufa.
