12 sports objects will be constructed in Bashkiria by the end of 2012

This year it is planned to put into operation 12 sports facilities in Bashkiria. Construction of four of them is carried out at the expense of the republican budget funds. The largest of these objects is the Athletic-Sports Complex with an ice arena for 2500 seats which will be put into service in the city of Sterlitamak.

According to the press-service of the State Committee RB for Construction and Architecture, eight athletic-recreational complexes are financed at the expense of voluntary gratuitous donations.

Besides, in 2013 it is planned to finish construction of a multipurpose shopping mall "Planet" with the area of 140 thousand square metres which is erected in Ufa opposite the "Akbuzat" hippodrome. The shopping mall will include shops, a multiplex cinema, restaurants, a cafe, a hypermarket and an aqua park, which as it is supposed, will welcome about a half-million of visitors per year. The shopping mall "Planet" should become a part of complex development of Glumilino district where it is planned to erect several hundred thousand square metres of new habitation in the long term.
