More than 1 billion roubles are allocated for housing construction within the limits of RAIP in Bashkiria

This year as of July 1, within the limits of the republican targeted investment program (RAIP), more than one billion roubles were directed from the budget of Bashkiria on housing construction. More than 700 million roubles were allocated for construction of engineering communications in places of individual and mass housing construction, including for gas supply of settlements, the chairman of the State Committee RB on Construction and Architecture Halit Makhmudov informs.

According to Halit Makhmudov, for today in the republic it is developed and prepared construction of 163 social houses of different types and number of storeys, with total area of apartments of about 99 thousand square metres. In 2012 it is planned to construct and put into operation 2043 apartments with total area of 84,6 thousand sq. m of social housing. The list of sites for social housing construction in 2013 is also prepared. It should be mentioned that the President RB Rustem Hamitov set a task to triple volumes of social housing erection next year.
