Goods with cost under 10 thousand euro can be imported without declaring and duties

The limiting cost of goods which can be imported without payment of customs duties will be increased up to 10000 euro. The corresponding report was brought on ratification into the State Duma by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. It is referring to the goods for personal use, transported through the border of the Customs union by air transport, it is explained on the website of the head of the state.

At present the goods in cost up to 1500 euro and gross weight under 50 kg can be imported in the countries of the Customs union without written declaring and payment of duties. It should be marked that with price increase the maximum permissible weight of the goods remains the same.
