Loan mechanism of operations with grain in Bashkortostan

In the republic a loan mechanism of operations with grain started to operate. According to experts, it should help farmers who experience difficulties with financial funds in the end of autumn-field works.

Farmers will be able to purchase petroleum, oil, lubricants, carry out repairs of machinery at the expense of the received funds.

Farmers transfer grain to an operator under the fixed prices with the right of recourse before the fixed date termination — till March 1, 2013. If by this time the farm does not claim its rights the grain remains at the operator. And the prices are defined taking into account the market ones, the general director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Bashagroproduct" Ildar Amirhanov explained the loan mechanism.

As experts consider, the program will allow agricultural producers to receive quickly necessary money funds, to keep grain in the home market, to choose independently the time for sale of grain taking into account the situation in the market and to sell it at a profit.
