Inhabitants of Bashkiria were returned 13,85 million roubles for utilities

In the first half of the year 921 appeals concerning correct application of tariffs for premises and utilities were submitted to the State Housing Inspection of Bashkortostan, the department press-service informs. In comparison with the similar period of 2011 growth of appeals concerning correct application of tariffs for premises and utilities makes 196 % (for the same period of the last year 470 appeals were submitted).

By results of the revealed infringements at charge of payments for premises and utilities recalculation for the total sum of 13,85 million roubles was made. Besides 158 orders concerning reduction of payments charges for repair, maintenance of premises and utilities in conformity with the current legislation were issued.

It should be mentioned that administrative rulings for a total sum of 2,4 million roubles were given concerning imposing of administrative sanctions for infringement of the legislation requirements on disclosing information on three managing companies and heads of 46 organisations. Administrative cases in relation of heads of two managing companies are under consideration.
