Agricultural producers of Bashkiria can get roll-over of credits in Rosselhozbank

The Prime minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev supported the decision on roll-over of credits to the farmers suffered from the drought. It was said about it past Monday at the meeting in the Volgograd Region devoted to agricultural producers support in connection with abnormal heat.
The Rosselhozbank Chairman of the Board Dmitry Patrushev informed that as of the beginning of July applications for roll-over of credits in connection with the drought for the sum about 300 million roubles were submitted to the bank. As he said, terms of payments probably would be prolonged for half a year.
Bashkortostan is also among the number of Russian regions suffered from the drought. In this connection the President of Bashkortostan Republic Rustem Khamitov also said during the meeting about the necessity of roll-over:
“We have about 6,5 billion credits in agriculture, 1 billion of overdue debts. Certainly, we need assistance regarding prolongation of those credits which we have. Under the drought of 2010 we took 3,5 billion”, President RB reported.
Rustem Khamitov mentioned that in order to cope with the situation the existing terms of payments should be prolonged for two-three years.
As Dmitry Patrushev said, at present applications for 180 million roubles were already sustained. The Head of Rosselhozbank marked that there were not much submitted roll-over requests so far. In his turn Dmitry Medvedev urged agricultural producers to speed up submission of applications, the press-service of the Government RF informs.
