"Hilton" hotel to be constructed in Ufa

In the capital of Bashkortostan "Hilton" hotel included into the first world network of hotels will be under construction. It will be located on the site between the monument to Salavat Yulaev, the Congress Hall and the building of the Bashkir State University. KESKO company acts as its developer and has already started initial construction work (excavation). Mars Aminov, the deputy chief of economic department of Ufa administration told about it at the press conference in the town-hall on Tuesday, July 31.

Originally the volume of investments under the hotel construction was estimated as 2,2 billion roubles, but now this figure is specified.

In Ufa it is one of priority investment projects, Mars Aminov underlined. The Ufa Hilton hotel room capacity is planned for 200-250 rooms.

He also informed that for construction of another hotel complex the place near “Gostiny Dvor” shopping mall was chosen.

Projects of new hotel complexes were considered at the next session of Town-Planning Council of Ufa
