The maximum deposit interest rate exceeded 10 percent

The maximum deposit interest rate exceeded a 10-percent threshold. Near the end of July the highest interest rate on rouble deposits made 10,15 percent per annum. Results of traditional monitoring of this value dynamics were presented on Monday, July 30, by department of External and Public Relations of the Bank of Russia. The regulator takes into account data of ten financial institutions involving the greatest volume of funds from individuals.

It should be mentioned that this is the highest figure from the moment of the growth of deposit interest rates started in August, 2011.
