Heat supply scheme should be improved in Bashkiria

For today on official websites of settlements and city districts of Bashkiria there is no information about working out of the project on the heat supply scheme, Zulfira Akbasheva, the chief of the department of Federal Antimonopoly Service on RB informs.

Such scheme should contain the analysis of heat supply systems, calculation of heat demand of consumers at existing level and in the long term, taking into account the planned development of municipal district, and also rational use of heat sources.

According to Zulfira Akbasheva, the main task at present is to make the heat supply market transparent, and tariffs clear to the population. Besides, it is necessary to create system of supplying and distribution of heat reliable, functioning without failures. Here timely repair of heating systems is very important, on which heat supplying organisations not always have enough funds.

Meanwhile tenants of apartment houses complain of poor-quality granting of services. For example, hot water frequently heats up only to 30-40 degrees whereas under former specifications it had temperature to 55-70 degrees, the head of UFAS on RB said. Therefore people are disturbed, whether the increase in heat cost will lead to the further decrease in quality of utilities.
