Russian citizens can register a company by phone

It will be possible to register a company by phone. Already this autumn the Federal Tax Service (FNS) of Russia starts an application on its website, which will allow to submit documents on registration of a legal body and an individual entrepreneur through the Internet by means of mobile devices.

Access to the service of electronic registration from mobile devices is a logic development of the already existing service «Submitting of documents for the state registration in electronic form», placed on the FNS of Russia website, it is said in the department message. The service was put into pre-production operation on April 5, 2011, and since May 31, 2012 started its work all over the territory of the Russian Federation. For a year more than 10,5 thousand companies and individual businessmen were registered by "virtual" way.

To use service, you should have a qualified certificate of digital signature key check (SKP) and a digital signature key corresponding to it, or to address to the notary participating in the operation of the given Internet service. SKP should be issued by one of the certifying centres included in the network of entrusted certifying centres of FNS of Russia. After sending of documents in electronic form the tax bearer will receive an electronic message with the unique number confirming delivery of documents. The electronic documents confirming registration with a digital signature of the tax body are sent to the applicant on the e-mail address specified by him. Also it is possible to receive the hard copy of documents confirming the fact of registration in any convenient way – by mail, personally or through the representative in the tax body.
