Rental prices in Ufa grew by 9 % from the beginning of the year

As of the end of July average rental prices in Ufa for all types of apartments made 15 thousand roubles per month. From the beginning of the year this indicator grew by 9 %.

According to one of real estate agencies, demand remains high though the last months small seasonal recession was observed, which now should begin to decline because of the coming academic year. Besides, in expectation of increase of utilities cost some proprietors rose the price.

The quantity of elite apartments makes 30-50 %; the range of their rent rates fluctuates from 30 to 150 thousand roubles per month. The leader under the rent rate is the city centre. The second place is divided by Zelenaya Roscha and the October Avenue. As a whole the cost of rent for standard accommodation in the areas which are not related to the city centre, Chernikovka district and remote districts is approximately identical.
