Yuriy Pustovgarov: «Business support system should be reformatted»

New technologies in small-scale business support were presented at the round table-conference «Legal mechanisms of businessmen rights protection» by the president of Commercial and Industrial Chamber RB Yuriy Pustovgarov.

Here we consider seven projects. This is creation of industrial infrastructure – points of economy growth, reformatting of financial program of business support, creation of business support infrastructure, formation of teams of the territories development, consortia and entering with them the new markets, «Campaigns for Technologies», introduction of a uniform information platform for small and medium business (b2b-portal), the president of CCI RB reported.

According to the Chamber, today in the republic there are more than 1 million sq. m of vacant areas which can be given under business development infrastructure, and more than 80 points of economic growth. Plus there are power generating reserves.

Within the limits of the project «Campaign for Technologies» experts of CCI RB also have developed a matrix of resources over the republican areas. Thus, in Trans-Urals the city of Sibai and Zianchurinsky area are designated as potential places for creation of technoparks and business incubators.

Today CCI RB develops a map of possibilities for small and medium business, including a map of the equipment for resources processing and a map of available manpower in the northwest areas of Bashkiria.

Yuriy Pustovgarov considers that Bashkortostan could act as a pilot region on development of a new trend in business support. First of all this is an offer to develop "common good" infrastructure.

Under such conditions for five years it is quite real to increase twice a share of people occupied in business that is only for Bashkortostan will make 200 thousand workplaces, president CCI is convinced.
