Rosreestr Directorate on Bashkortostan revealed more than 2000 infringements of land legislation

The State Inspectors on Use and Protection of Lands of Rosreestr Directorate on Bashkortostan spent 10494 checks of the land legislation observance in the first half of the year 2012. As a result more than two thousand infringements of the land legislation were revealed. 1649 persons were brought to administration responsibility and were imposed penalties for the sum of more than 2,5 million roubles, the department press-service informs.

In the sphere of enterprises bankruptcy, according to the Directorate of Federal Tax Service of Russia on RB, 48 self-regulating organisations of insolvency officers operate in the republic territory uniting 359 insolvency officers living in the region. Their quantity increased since 2011 by ten persons, quantity of self-regulating organisations by four.

In activity in the field of geodesy and cartography the Directorate issued 105 permissions for granting materials of federal surveying and mapping fund. About 540 thousand roubles were received by the federal budget as a payment for using of these materials. By results of the spent checks it is issued three instructions on elimination of the revealed infringements of the legislation.
