Pilot project in the sphere of state contractual relationship is realised in Bashkortostan

Within the limits of cooperation between the Audit Chamber of Russia and the Government of Bashkortostan the republic was visited by the delegation of the Audit Chamber. It was headed by the co-chairman of joint working group of the Audit Chamber RF and Government RB on formation of a regional segment of the Federal Contract System Alexander Piskunov.

During his meeting with the republican leadership it was discussed a possibility to realise in the region a pilot project directed on increase of efficiency and transparency of the state contracts execution.

According to the document, in June-July of the current year the Government of Bashkortostan organised and held competition on execution of research and development works on creation of an information-technological model of the integrated contractual system of the republic. The Federal Informational Support Centre of Russian Audit Chamber became its winner.

Within the limits of the visit the pilot project on integration of payment system with republican contract system in the sphere of state purchases was presented. Its purpose is to approve the mechanism of contract obligations execution using the automated system of payment transactions through a uniform processing centre for all levels of participants of the order placing.

The project is planned to be realised at placing of the order for works execution on construction of one of socially significant objects within the limits of the Republican recipient-oriented investment program.

The arrangement is reached on carrying out of the All-Russia Scientific Conference «Federal Contract System — a Basis of Competitive Russia Development » in Ufa in October this year.
