Business climate improvement to be actively developed in Bashkiria

Bashkiria is going to increase work on creation of favorable conditions for business. Participants of a round-table conference on legal mechanisms to protect rights of businessmen in the republic came to such conclusion which took place in Ufa, on July 23. The event was held in the frameworks of Boris Titov, the Ombudsman for Rights of Businessmen, the Representative at the President RF, visit of Bashkortostan.

According to the Head of Administration of the President RB Vladimir Balabanov, there are a lot of problems in business for today.

Great attention is recently paid to it in the republic. In particular, the institute of an Ombudsman for Rights of Businessmen was created. Besides, under the legislation an unprecedented decision was accepted – up to ten years property tax and income tax incentives were granted. The corporation of development renders individual support to investment projects which works successfully enough. At the same time the things are not so simple with administrative barriers so far due to lack of instruments. But now they are starting to appear. All these movements already give quite good results. We have 185 billion roubles of investments into the fixed capital, and are planning to have 230 billion roubles, Vladimir Balabanov says.

Boris Titov marked that there will be no economy without business.

Today we talked about it in detail with the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov. In many respects our views upon business problems coincide, the Ombudsman says. It is necessary to solve serious tasks. We are under such conditions that it is difficult to involve investors. Moreover, it is more difficult to retain them. Many of them are frightened off by vulnerability of business and absence of benefit. Also costs, taxes and administrative rent are too high. I think we will be able to manage the situation gradually with joint efforts. Such round table-conferences should promote it, he reports.

Boris Titov underlined that for business climate improvement the corresponding conditions should be created.
