Top blogger from Bashkiria became the expert in cluster policy

The top blogger fr om Bashkiria, the author of the website-aggregator «Three screws» Sergey Gladkih is awarded the diploma of the first degree at the competition of the Ministry of Economic Development, which took place within the lim its of the first All-Russia Summer School of Open Innovations in Nurimanovsky area. Besides, he became the expert in cluster policy of Innovative Development Agency of the Russian regions.

According to Sergey Gladkih, the school program included both practical tasks and theoretical tasks.

Each day was devoted to a certain direction. My team was offered on the example of one of the Russian subjects to find the complex decision which would improve a cluster work. I suggested to organise a free competition on exchange of available resources among the cluster enterprises. By the way, this decision is universal and can be used in our republic too. The idea was highly appreciated by the jury, he marks.

Sergey Gladkih also informed that he was invited to the international innovative forum in St.-Petersburg which will be held this year.

In the first All-Russia Summer School of Open Innovations experts from more than 15 regions of Russia took place: representatives of technoparks, business incubators, technologies commercialization and distribution centres, design companies, heads of development institutes, venture funds, representatives of profile ministries and departments, leading industrial companies.
