The wages of 19 % of vacancies make 5,5-6 thousand roubles per month, 26 % — 6-10 thousand roubles, 20 % — 10-15 thousand, — he underlined. Wages of only 10 % of vacancies are related to average over the republic. It is not enough. Employers in this case should think it over. They should raise image of trades, if not by means of salary increase, but using other benefits.
