Belarus investors plan to construct a house-building complex in Bashkiria

Bashkortostan was visited by delegation of Byelorussia. During a three-day visit meetings with the leadership and business community of Bashkortostan have been held.

Representatives of the Belarus delegation have held a meeting with the Head of Administration of the President RB Vladimir Balabanov and the Deputy Prime minister of Government RB — the Minister of Housing and Utilities Sergey Afonin. At the meeting with the vice-premier parties designated in short the basic results of activity in the sphere of housing construction of late. On volumes of housing construction Bashkortostan is among leaders in the Volga Federal District. Last year it was put into operation more than 2,1 million square metres of habitation in the republic. In Byelorussia they build more than 5 million square metres of habitation a year per 10 million population.

The Belarus delegation examined work of several enterprises of construction complex and building industry, the press-service of Gosstroy of Bashkortostan informs. Among them there are JSC "Soda", JSC "Salavat steklo", JSC "Grain Company", enterprise "Lasselsberger", JSC "GlavBashstroy", JSC «Trest KPD» and MUP ISK of Ufa.

Byelorussians show interest to construction in Bashkortostan of a house-building complex with capacity of 100-150 thousand square metres of habitation a year. At present negotiations are conducted between Ufa administration and JSC «Gomel House-Building Complex».
