Complex construction development of Kuznetsovsky zaton area is conducted in Ufa

Along with expansion of Ufa, the major direction is development of territories in the borders of the Ufa peninsula. As the press-service of the State Committee of Bashkortostan on Construction and Architecture informs, active work is conducted on complex development of Kuznetsovsky zaton where it is already laid the foundation of three many-storeyed houses. Their commissioning is planned for May, 2013. In total in Kuznetsovsky zaton it is planned to construct one million square metres of habitation fr om which about 300 thousand square metres should be put into operation the next three years.

Works on Glumilino area development are carried out with an approximate amount of habitation of one million square metres and the Southern slope wh ere it is possible to construct about 600 thousand sq. metres. However, except pulling down works, considerable expenses for engineering preparation are required. Cost of utility network construction in Kuznetsovsky Zaton and the Southern slope makes about five thousand roubles per sq. metre, and in Glumilino – three thousand. For today JSC «Regional fund» allocated funds in the amount of 300 million roubles to JSC «Bashkirskie Inzhinernye Seti» for construction of an engineering infrastructure in Kuznetsovsky Zaton.
