Utility facilities construction in Zabelye district of Ufa requires about 4,7 billion roubles

Complex development of Zabelye territory is one of the main priorities of housing development in Ufa. The given land plot is in the western direction from the city and includes residential areas "Romanovka", «Kustarevsky Lake», "Zaton-East", "Zaton-Northwest", "Dema-5,6,8,9", "Balanovo-Novo-Aleksandrovka", microdistrict "Zabelsky".

In Zabelye district there is no necessity of housebreaking, and when the engineering infrastructure is developed in 2012-2017 it will be possible to put here into operation more than 6 million square metres of habitation, including about 2 million metres of economy class habitation, the press-service of the State Committee RB on Construction and Architecture explained.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister of Government RB – Minister of Housing and Public Utilities Sergey Afonin, the main problem is absence of water supply and water discharge in Zabelye. As a result of detailed study of design projects Ufavodokanal together with Glavarhitektura and Housing Construction Fund developed the stage-by-stage scheme of utility facilities construction for which realisation about 4,7 billion roubles is required. Thus in 2012 amount of financing about 130 million roubles is needed, in 2013 about 738 million roubles and during the period from 2014 to 2017 no more than one billion a year.
